Tony's Blueberry Pie


Mix:
1-1/4 cup Cream
4-1/2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
2/3 cup Brown-Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Pour this over:
4-1/2 cups Blueberries in a pieshell

Bake at 425°F. for about 25 minutes.  Keep an eye on it!
If your particular oven appears to be really hot, temper to 400 °F.

For piecrust mix together:
1-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Milk
1/2 cup vegetable or olive Oil

Roll it in a ball.  No need to use a rolling pin for this particular crust. 
Just spread it out in the pan.
