Tony's Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour

4 Tbsp of (brown) sugar

80 grams butter or margarine

5-7 apples (or whatever fruit or berries you have got handy)

Mix the flour, sugar and butter to a crumbly mix.

Slice the apples (or the fruit or berries of your choice) without the peel and pits quite thin and spread them out in a buttered pie roundel (approx 24-27 cm diameter) evenly.

Spread the flour-mixture evenly on top and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes in 225 °C in the middle of the oven.

 

Serve it warm with favourite topping or ice cream. Mmmm....
