2 cloves of minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 cup fresh Lemon juice
2/3 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
In a small bowl combine the water, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Mix well. Add the salt, Tahini and the garlic. Stir until well
blended. Enjoy!
