Marinated Chicken and Pork


Ingredients:

3 lb      chicken pieces
1 lb      lean, boneless pork, cubed
1 cup     dry red wine
3 cups    beef stock (or broth)
3         fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp     salt
3         whole black pepper corns
2 cloves  garlic, finely cut
1/2 tsp   rosemary
1/2 tsp   black pepper


Mix the pork and chicken pieces in a bowl.  Combine all the other ingredients and 
add to the pork/chicken pieces.  Mix thoroughly.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Put everything in a slow-cooker or crockpot and cook on HIGH for 1 hour then switch
to LOW for 6 hours.  Serves 6 to 8 persons.
