1-1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground red pepper 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes 1 Tbsp sugar Combine all ingredients, plus 1/2 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer and stir for until sugar is dissolved. Cool and serve on cooked meat. Makes about 1 pint. |
