Cherries Jubilee, #5  
Ingredients:

Crust:

1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 sticks butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup pecans

2nd Layer:

1 envelope of Dream Whip
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 pound tub Mascarpone Cream Cheese
1/4 cup brandy

Topping:

1 can cherry pie filling
whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients for crust. Crumble into a 9-1/2 x 9-1/2 square baking dish
or pan. bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Coo, and crumble again in the
same pan.

For the second layer, whip Dream Whip, milk and lemon until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and mascarpone cheese and brandy. Whip two minutes longer.
Spread on top of crust. (note: use Kirsch or Marascino liquor instead of brandy)

Spread cherry pie filling on top. Chill for couple of hours. Add whipped cream
at time of serving to taste if you wish.
